UltraXas Terms of Service

These Terms explain how you’re allowed to use UltraXas services, including Xro. By using UltraXas, you agree to follow these rules.

1. Who We Are About UltraXas and what Xro is built to do.

UltraXas is a technology brand focused on AI assistants, automation, media tools, content delivery, and communication systems. Our assistant, Xro, helps users with tasks such as answering questions, downloading media (where legally allowed), translation, summaries, voice replies, and more.

“UltraXas”, “we”, “our”, and “us” in these Terms refer to UltraXas, based in London, United Kingdom.

UltraXas is not an open public API. Access is controlled. We can limit or disable features any time to protect users, infrastructure, and the brand.

2. Your Responsibilities How you’re allowed to use UltraXas systems.

By using Xro or any UltraXas service, you confirm that you will:

If we believe usage is harmful, abusive, illegal, or high-risk, we may suspend or block access with or without warning.

3. Messages & Content You Send What happens to what you send to Xro.

When you chat with Xro, send messages, links, audio, or files, that content may be processed to generate a reply, improve response quality, or deliver a requested feature (for example: translation, summary, download, or voice output).

We may temporarily store certain data (like recent conversation context or memory preference) to make your experience smoother. That can include:

You are responsible for what you send. Do not upload or paste content you do not have the right to share.

4. AI Responses & Output How you should treat what Xro generates.

Xro aims to be helpful, fast, and accurate — but responses may sometimes be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.

You are responsible for how you use any answer, script, summary, translation, transcription, or media Xro provides.

You agree not to present Xro output as professional legal, medical, or financial advice. Always verify critical info yourself.

5. Media & Downloads When you ask Xro to fetch audio/video.

Xro can attempt to fetch/process media (for example: public video/audio links you provide). Some platforms may block downloads, ask for captchas, or forbid redistribution.

We may auto-delete temporary files to protect storage, performance, and safety.

6. Service Limits & Suspension When we may slow or block access.

UltraXas may limit requests, throttle heavy usage, or restrict certain features (for example: mass downloads or bulk broadcasting) to protect stability.

We may suspend or remove access to any user, phone number, account, or integration if we believe it creates risk to security, privacy, uptime, or the UltraXas brand.

We can change or end a feature at any time — including voice mode, memory, download tools, WhatsApp integration, or any experimental modules.

7. Privacy & Security How we handle data, very simply.

We handle user data with care and aim to keep messaging private. Still, no system on the internet is 100% secure.

For full details on what we collect and why, please review the UltraXas Privacy Policy.

Do not send extremely sensitive personal data (like bank details or full IDs) unless you understand the risk.

8. Updates to These Terms When we change the rules.

We can update these Terms when needed (for example, when we add features like smarter memory or advanced voice).

If you continue using UltraXas after an update, that means you accept the new Terms.

9. Contact & Support Reaching the UltraXas team.

If you have questions about these Terms or you believe someone is abusing the system, reach out using the “Contact Support” button at the top of this page.

For community updates, use the “Join our WhatsApp Channel” button.

UltraXas is not emergency or law enforcement. Do not use it for urgent medical, legal, or safety emergencies.
